Refund policy

Due to the handassembled and made-to-order nature of our watches, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at support@modwrist.shop with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. EU customers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
